AQUILA

Design Philosophy

Inspired by the aerodynamic grace of a sea eagle (Aquila in Italian), this catamaran redefines urban and tourist river transport. Its sculpted hull minimizes drag while creating an iconic silhouette that turns heads at every dock.

AQUILA Catamaran

Developed during the Flumen Workshop 2024 in collaboration with Italian architect Alessio Liuni, this innovative river catamaran redefines sustainable water transport. Combining sleek Italian design with eco-friendly engineering, AQUILA offers a stylish and efficient solution for modern European river cruising. The project focused on creating a visually striking yet functional vessel, featuring hybrid propulsion, lightweight materials, and an adaptable layout – proving that sustainability and elegance can coexist on waterways.
